1. Daily maintenance:

• Check the water filter and oil mist device of the pneumatic components to ensure that the accumulated water is not excessive and is promptly removed, and the oil level is sufficient and is promptly filled.

• Inspect all rolling parts to ensure their normal operation and add engine oil every day.

• Clean the exterior of the machine to keep it clean and prevent materials from falling into the mold cup.

• Check the grounding wire of the equipment to ensure reliable contact; clean the weighing platform.

2. Regular maintenance:

• Check if the mechanical parts rotate and lift normally, if there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations, and if the screws are loose.

• Clean the filling parts to ensure the cylinder body is clean and unobstructed, and the valve opening and closing actions are free.

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the machine to prevent dust and dirt from affecting the operation of the machine.

• Check the pneumatic pipes for leaks and cracks.

• Inspect the gear motor, replace the lubricating oil annually, check the tightness of the chain, and adjust the tension in time.

• Apply lubricating oil to all mechanical transmission parts to maintain good lubrication.

3. Special maintenance:

• For the cam indexing mechanism, the exhaust port should be loosened during normal operation, and lubricating oil should be periodically replenished or replaced.

• Regularly inspect and maintain the control system and sensors of the machine to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

In addition, for equipment that has not been used for a long time, the material in the pipeline should be discharged. During maintenance, it is necessary to keep the inside of the electrical control cabinet clean, and it is strictly forbidden to hit or overload the sensor. During operation, it is not allowed to touch the sensor unless maintenance is required. Otherwise, it is not allowed to dismantle it.
